Travel Fee Policy

Base Radius:

• No travel fee for clients within a 45-mile radius of our base location.

Travel Expenses Calculation:

• For clients beyond 45 miles, a travel fee of $0.67 per mile will be applied to the additional distance.

Travel Fee:

• A flat travel fee of $25 for time spent traveling + travel expenses

Consultation Fee:

• Standard consultation fees (Basic & Comprehensive) apply in addition to travel expenses and travel fee.

Travel Expenses:

• Transportation: Cost of airfare, train tickets, car rental, fuel, or mileage (IRS mileage rate for business travel, which is $0.67 per mile as of 2024).
• Lodging: Cost of hotel accommodations if an overnight stay is required.
• Meals: Per diem rate for meals and incidental expenses based on the destination city’s standard rate (use GSA rates for guidance).
• Other Expenses: Any additional travel-related expenses (e.g., parking, tolls, taxis, etc.).

Travel Fee:

• A flat travel fee of $100 for time spent traveling.

Note: Travel fees will be calculated and communicated to you after booking. You will receive a detailed quote for approval before we finalize your consultation appointment.
